The visible symptom may appear in the editor while the cause is in a plugin, or appear after an update while the underlying conflict existed earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Common support work<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Critical errors, white screens, admin failures and recovery mode.<\/li><li>Plugin or theme conflicts and update regressions.<\/li><li>Broken forms, email delivery, media or editor behaviour.<\/li><li>User, role, login and permission problems.<\/li><li>Database, cron, cache and hosting-related issues.<\/li><li>Safe updates, cleanup and practical site improvements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change with a rollback path<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the host and issue allow it, changes should begin with a current backup and be tested away from the live site. When emergency work must happen in production, the scope and risk need to be explicit.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After the immediate fix<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The handoff can include what changed, what was verified and what should be monitored.
